I’m Megan, a Salt Lake City–based artist creating minimalist textured artwork inspired by the beauty of simplicity and texture. I began exploring textured techniques in 2023 after moving to Utah. What started as curiosity quickly evolved into my signature style. I’m drawn to the contrast between smooth, intentional lines and imperfect, organic surfaces. I love how minimal shapes layered with texture can bring calm and presence to a space.

My work combines acrylic and art-specific mediums with industrial materials to build layered, textured surfaces that emphasize depth, contrast, and material expression.

Alongside creating original paintings, I’m passionate about helping others explore textured art for themselves. I share beginner-friendly techniques and guidance using accessible, at-home materials, making it easy for anyone to start creating, whether they’re picking up a palette knife for the first time or rediscovering their creativity.
