Thank you for supporting Megan’s Minimal Designs. Due to the nature of original artwork and custom-made pieces, all sales are final.

Final Sale Policy

All artworks, including original pieces, commissions, custom artwork, and made-to-order items, are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Please review all product descriptions, dimensions, and photos carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Lost Packages

All artworks are shipped with insurance coverage equal to the full value of the artwork.

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging and damaged item (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue

We will work with the shipping carrier and do our best to assist in resolving the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for lost packages, delays, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
