Order Processing

Original and ready-to-ship artworks are typically shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

For custom, made-to-order, and commission artworks, please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for completion, plus an additional 1–3 business days for packaging and shipment preparation.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

U.S. Orders

  • UPS Ground: 1–5 business days
  • UPS Second Day Air: 2 business days

International Orders

  • UPS Worldwide Saver: 1–5 business days depending on destination
  • USPS Priority Mail International: 6–10 business days depending on destination

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

All artworks are shipped with insurance coverage equal to the full value of the artwork.

Packaging & Care

All artworks are carefully packaged to help ensure they arrive safely. We take great care in protecting each piece during transit.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship to select domestic and international locations.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees once they reach your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

While we will do our best to assist in resolving shipping issues, we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
